Analyse and Define
We conduct a learning needs analysis, project scope and statement of work.
Ideate and brainstorm
We investigate and explore potential solutions based on LNA and scope.
Develop
Working with subject matter experts, we draft storyboards and concepts for review.
Prototype and Iterate
We develop concept into a working prototype for testing, and iterate where necessary.
Test and Evaluate
We test final the product, evaluate and review.

Human-Centered Design
Human-Centered Design is about recognising and solving problems, not jumping straight to solutions.
It is focused on understanding the needs of people, and designing from their perspective. This allows learning to meet your people where they are.
Human-Centered Design focuses on people's everyday thinking, emotions and behaviour - directly linking design philosophy to the three learning domains; Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor.
HCD fosters a more creative and collaborative approach to problem solving that leads to a deeper understanding of the problem, and therefore a more effective solution.
We put our learners first, and using the HCD process is how we can achieve the best results.
